As CEO, Mr. Quartey brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in organizational leadership and business management. Prior to his appointment, he served as the acting COO of Edern Security Services Limited for over 4 years, where he introduced innovative strategies to sustain and expand the company's operations. He is an excellent communicator and leader, known for his ability to create, organize and implement effective business plans. He holds an MA in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana Business School, and a BSc in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. Additionally, he was awarded the title of overall best Project and Operations Management student (GIMPA 2015). Mr. Quartey is committed to ongoing education and customer service excellence, and is well-equipped to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, vendors, suppliers and internal business units.
